I have AAA Premier Motorcycle/RV coverage. It provides up to three tows per year. Two for 100 miles and one up to 200 miles.

I once was towing my Fifth Wheel through Texas when I blew the motor. I had to have the entire rig towed 85 miles to a AAA endorsed repair facility.

I had the rear tire on my Harley blow and had to be towed home. The AAA sent a flat bed and it was great.

There are a lot of benefits to AAA. I even have my insurance through AAA. I save hundreds of dollars every year. I know because I just renewed. I checked and no one could come close. I love the fact that I don't need to stand in line at the DMV. I always get a Trip Ticket for trips on my vacation. It is Invaluable to mark the gas stops and over night stays. I can research Hotels/Motels. And the maps are great.

Nothing comes close.

Have you had to use AAA yet? It's piece of mind, but $157 is steep. Until I need it, I guess.

AAA, even their Plus memberships, does not cover motorcycle towing in New England.
Can someone recommend an alternative for those who live in this area?
Thanks

I just joined AAA yesterday. They now have separate plans for MCs and RVs. Might want to check it out. 4 tows a year now. Looks like a good deal to me, so I signed up.

I've been a AAA member for several years. When I spoke with them yesterday, they told me that they do not offer coverage for motorcycles in New England.
