KBB retail for a '09 RK is $14,680. A new '12 base RK MSRP is 17,499 with a 103 engine. A new '11 listed at 16,999. The '11 and '12 will come with a warranty.
I don't mean any disrespect, but your asking price for '09 with a 96" inch engine, despite the add ons you've listed so far, may be what's keeping you from any inquiries.
IMHO, list the "other extras" you mentioned to show what warrants your asking price.
