License plate relocation

Default License plate relocation
Has anyone relocated their license plate holder from above the light to below the light on an Ultra Classic or Ultra Classic Low? I have the detachable tour pak kit and a detachable sissy bar and luggage rack. When I take off the tour pak and put on the sissy bar and luggage rack, the damn license plate frame is in the f*&*ing way. I'd like to relocate it to below the light. Looking for any option before I go out and fab my own.

So here's the pics. I decided to drill baby drill. Used the HD lay back plate for a Dyna. Took all of 25 minutes.
