Thanks everyone for your support. It's been a tough couple of days. Today we have the viewings, and tomorrow we bury her. She had always said she'd get everyone back together for a big party, and she was right. We are all raising our glasses not to mourn her death, but to celebrate her life!
Dad is doing good. He lived for her, took care of her, the way a true marriage is suppose to be. For over 25 years of her being sick off and on, through many operations she has had, he was right there, by her side! Never once strayed, never once put himself before her or her needs!
Well now we are all making sure he gets regular check-ups, and are going to stay in the loop as far as his health goes.
I was glad to hear from him yesterday that he wants to finish up his project car which has been on jackstands for over 5 years....it's a chopped and channeled 41 Ford Conv. w/Carson top(chopped) flatty V8, did a 12v conversion, sick candy apple red paint with white top. Just have to finish with installing a late model GM 5spd tranny, and a 9" Ford rear, and get rid of the torque tube set-up. So, I look forward to getting it done. My brothers and I are all gonna do what we need to do to get it finished.
Again, THANK YOU ALL, I really do appreciate all your support.
