Nope. Went for years. They, city officials and citizens, don't want us. I can spend my money where I am welcome. Feel sorry for places that count on us, such as SBB. Spoke with people from S.C. who do not ride and they agree....don't go.

Gonna be a lot fewer vendors there also. They have to apply for a permit that costs way too much for anyone to afford, if they want to sell products. Gonna be tough.

I am from SC and I am not 100% but I think the restrictions are only for anything within city limits. There's a lot outside the limits that will still be good to go to. I will probably ride down for a day or two bettween my work schedule. Have plans for Daytona this year so there goes my spring rally money.

Helmet laws apply only within MB city limits. Here is a map of city limits...

We stayed in N.Myrtle last year. Usually rode around MB so we didn't have to use helmet. The time or two we rode thru MB, the parking lots at the restaurants were empty. No vendors in MB anyway.

Not a dime in 09.
And again, in 010.

I'll go to harley rendez vous this year. Anything else, like Laconia, Sturgis and such are just too commercial for my taste.
