i put this on the touring forum, but i will throw it out here.
how about meeting at the vanilla bean cafe in pomfret, ct?
bikers show up there on weekend mornings typically, so they should be cleared out by lunch. ri would pull in the nyc and emass riders, but for anyone in pa or upstate ny , it might be a bit far
how about danbury,ct? it is only 145 miles from providence, RI... 120 from albany,NY and 160 from phila, pa and boston,mass......
i know the marcus dairy is gone but didnt the weekly motorcycle meet move to a different location?
personally im about 25 miles to philly and for me Danbury is 3 +/- hours
one way depending on traffic using the slab, pumfet ct is probably another 2 hours
beyond that which would be just a bit too far for to be able to enjoy a 1 day event.

It is crowded through lunch, pretty much the whole day.
