Oddball question.
Keeping in mind average summer temps of 25 C (77 F) and normal motor operating temp, whats the heaviest (viscosity) oil over and above 20/50 that could be used in the scoot?

Very average answer to average question:
Hi temp of 77F, I wouldn`t run anything heavier than 20w50.

if you are worried, add an oil cooler. ambient temp is only one part of the equation, engine oil temp is another important factor. use quality oil or more service.
a study by uncle sam many moons back show some oils lost the ability to change vis in short order.

I suggest straight 50. I plan to use I gaurt straight VR1 with the rest VR20-50 for my next two Oil changes in the summer. Partly due to menards only having only 3 quarts left of the 20-50.
