Default Redline ShockProof Heavy - Is it suppose to be clear?

Sorry guys....first time using thisredline product.
I just drain the syn 3 stuff out of my transmission and have poured about 650ml of shockproof heavyinto the tranny.
It looks like thick red milk of magnesia...... has it curdled and gone bad ?
Should I be worried the the redline is not a clear oil like syn 3.

I think that is why they call it REDline...

I am used to car oils , I have an old jeep and the gear oil I put in that is a thick ,honey brown in color but also clear .

I was expecting a red but I was also expecting it to be some what clear .
When I saw the red milky thickgooI thought maybe it was rancid or something.
I crossed my fingers and put it in though and this morning when I read your posts... I smiled.

I took my bike to work todaya beautiful sunny 33 degree morning in Montreal.
The bike ran really well through the gears, definitely smoother and some what quieter.
Cant wait for the ride home forecast says 60 degrees and sunny ....

Thanks for the responses.

Yep- that's the way it's supposed to look- like thick, red goo.
That's why it's affectionately known as "Pepto-Bismol."

Good stuff!
