I am getting ready to change all 3 holes and saw redline makes a 20w60hd, just for the v-twins. Has anyone used this stuff? Is it better than Mobil1-Vtwin 20/50?
I'm running 20W60(Redline) in my 2006, and I did it cause 90 degrees and up and humidity up, but now that it's cooling down I'm switching down to the 20W50. (Redline) I'll more than likely change my oil twice a year (sooner if the 5K is reached) spring and fall, switching between the 50W and the 60W.
Sounds like a friend of mine.. His riding is pretty constant, enough that he changes the oil in spring and fall religeously, rather than going so much on mileage.
I personally like to take a bath every trout season, whether I need it or not. hehehehe [sm=coolness.gif]
