Default Oil Temp range....?

I've got an '03 Fat Boy with a fuel injected twin cam 88, it has an Screaming Eagle stage 1 intake with a K&N air filter, V&H Longshots with the standard baffles, and the ECU has been flashed with the 32830-01/DT 1450 down load.
I recently installed a temperature sensing dip stick on the oil tank. After a highway run with speeds averaging between 65 and 75 mph I see that my oil is running at 195° F.
Is this within acceptable temperature range, or is it running too hot....

Air temp at time of this run was 80° F......
Oil is Mobile 1 V-Twin 20W-50.....

200 and under are good oil temps...
I just have an old EVO and run Mobil 1 V-Twin Syn 20W50...
A couple of weeks ago it was 94 here and on a 60 mile trip in the middle
of the day the Oil temp was right at 240-245...I just have a regular dipstick style thermometer...over 250 and I park it...

Normal operating temp for your bike (Fatboy) is 230F. At 200 it is in happy mode.

M1Vtwin can go over 300f before it begins to oxidize. 250f wont hurt it.

Thanks gentlemen, I sincerely appreciate your responses to my question.....and you've both put my mind at ease....

My previous bike...('99 883)...ran around 185°, and I just wanted to make sure I wasn't running this one too hot.....thanks again.....
