G'day Roodog. Off subject here but can you tell me what living in Perth is like?Any peeps from the U.S.A. there? Good riding?Always thought it would be a good place to live. Best to ya mate.
Hey Cosmo,
Like you sign off I read Chuck's life story good read. I've been fortunate enough to travel around Austalia, and Perth to me is the place to be. I was in San Diego 18 months ago and it felt like home, on the coast little Naval presence, great weather. Head south from Perth its a great ride, heading down the coast and back up through the Karri forests, though you would have to watch on what side of the road you were on because over here we drive on the other side of the road.
Hi RooDog,
I rode over to WA from QLD last Xmas andfound Perth to be the best of all city's to ride. I will be riding around Australia in September and looking foward to crossing the Nullarbourand seeing Perth again. The beaches around Esperance are the best I've seen. I have not been on The Great Ocean Roadbut have heard alot about it.
Hey Roadtrain,
drove the Great Ocean Road a couple of years ago, you'll love it, now I've got my bike thats one ride I will do before I draw my last breath.
the Ravo is always a good bet , went up to Barbagallo and watched the WA s/bike champs on the w/end. Think we were two of about five hd's there.LMAO. Rode back down the coast road, forgot about the derby and traffic was a bitch in Freo.LOL. Go Dockers.
Maybe I'll see you round somewhere, my Bob has lowered progressives and lowered seat, keep an eye out.
Hey Stix68,
Bloody Freo, I'm a West Coasta but my kids are Freo so we have a little rivallrie in my house hold. But that weekend I was at work and I work away so I saved a little face there. I'll keep an eye out for you, I go riding with the Perth chapter of HOG every now and then, I've got a red07 FXSTC lowered, V&H bigshot staggered, hyper charger air intake and badlander seat. I just installed a Thunder max with auto tuner which is running extremely well. Anyway stay upright and fists into the wind and hopefully I'll catch you round.
