12 stones, vegemite is just a trick we Aussies play on all you tourists. No-one likes it here. We make you beleive we love it so that when you sink your teeth into that vegemite sandwich for the first time, the faces you all pull cracks us up!!!!!!!!![sm=goodidea.gif]

Being a Queenslander now, theres no other beer, eh?
Sounds good. Beggers can't be choosers now, can they? Oh, and don't forget some Blundy. However, you can leave the Veggiemite back in Queensland. [:'(]
Hey speak for yourself,I happen to love Vegemite, especially on hot toast, have even drank it in place of Bonox in really cold weather. But I do admit that my wife can't even stand the smell, but then again, she is American

Hey i'm another aussie who has the blue mountains as a day ride.Nothing that special and there are far better rides like the old road and south coast.Still you are on your hog for the day so thats the important thing.

cheers

The Bells Line of Road up through Lithgow, then back to Jenolan Caves Rd and then on to Oberon is a great ride. The old rd is probably the most overrated rid ein NSW,the is too much traffic,to many police and too much gravel on the turns.Used to be a good scratchers rd when we rode it 30 yrs ago.But I agree about the roads down south, especially the southern Highlands.

Cheers

A good run is head south through National park and go up Macquarie pass.Stop at the pie shop for a break and back to Sydney through Robertson and Bowral.Jenolan Caves road is good as the road is very smooth. Bells line is a good run but last ride through there there were too many cops and speed cameras/radars.
