Default WA through OR

Planning on taking 101 from Astoria down through OR coast. Stopping every hundred miles or so with no big rush, how long will it take me to drive through OR? [sm=biker.gif] Also, what type of clothing should I plan on packing as I'm&nbsp\\;bringing a Kuryakyn weekend TBag.&nbsp\\;

It's about 300 miles north to south.&nbsp\\; Plenty of places to stop along the way, should be no problem on getting lodging along the way except on weekends.

Thanks for all the comments, I'll look forward to a slow, scenic, possibly wet trip. [sm=biker2.gif]

I just rode up from Crescent city to Lincoln city, then home to Portland, last Tuesday as was very surprised by the lack of RVs and other slow moving vehicles. Oregon also has many passing lanes on 101, so 101 was pretty fast. Expect foggy wet mornings and mid 60’s sun in the afternoon.

That's great news, there's one positive about $4/gal gas . . . less RV's, camper's, trailer's, etc. [sm=groupwave.gif]

I have done it all in one day and wouldn't recommend it. Take in the sites; Casinos, fun towns, great views, and food.
