Default street vibrations question

Is it worth paying the 60 bucks to register for the event? does registering allow you to park in the event area speperate for non-paying people? I read there is a prime rib dinner being offered for free to the first 500 registered people from 6-10pm. I would imagine the line would fill pretty fast. Other than a t-shirt I dont see any other benefit to paying.

Thanks for the help.

It is not really necessary unless you want the shirt. There will be any number of SV shirts available for purchase as well. Parking is really not bad in Reno unless you have a hard time getting around for more than 2-3 blocks. On the other hand, Virginia City has been, at times, a parking nightmare with long walks required.

I don't know why anyone would register. Every casino downtown ropes off a floor or two of parking for bikes.
