What's the inside scoop on Laughlin this year? Seems my son talked me into getting some rooms at the Nugget. Have enticed some folks from Wyoming into trailering to St. George and then we'll ride down on Thursday morning.
i was kind of thinking about this. We can plan a huge BBQ, at my place in Kingman. Ill get a couple Kegs for responsible drinking of course!!!! Steaks, Ribs, You name it!!!
We go every year and have a great time, taking our toy hauler and staying at a rv park in bullhead city. This year planning on staying a week, will have plenty of time to ride and just hang out.
Let's keep in touch. We have four rooms at the Nugget and about ten people coming down from Wyoming to get out of the cold. Would like to get to know some riders from the Kingman area. It's always a good time to ride to Rosey's and have a cold one. Thinking about Frosty ***** in Vegas this weekend, but the weather looks nasty.
We are staying at the El Rio rv park, itis small and right on the river stayed there last year and really liked it. We made or reservations last year and because we are staying for a week got a really good price.
I just called to get a special use permit for my house so we cannot be bothered for being a little loud until 10 and haveing a bunch of people showing up on HDs.
Chicken
Ribs
Steak
Meatballs
Finger foods
We coulddo it all!!!
My son lives in Vegas and we have ridden out of Vegas in the past, butI miss out on all the night life becauseI don't want to ride back in the dark.LOL.
I went through Dal-Con who handles the event. The rooms are $599.00 for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights The rooms have 2 Queen beds and the price includes to event passes, pins, secured parking, etc. Quite a rip for Laughlin, but considering the demand. We plan on taking sleeping bags and air matteress's and putting 5 or 6 people per room
