Default Switched Power Source

What did you guys use for a switched power source for your attached electronics. Waiting on my bike and trying to plan out my electronics.

There are 2 heated gear plugs under the seat. Attach this to them Gerbing 12V SAE-to-Male Adapter Cable

Are you talking about the Garmin?
I want to mount it above the Display. Gonna have to make a mount.

Sorry, should have been clearer; no I'd like to see where and how you choose to mount the PDM60 and where you take the ignition trigger from. I've just stripped mine off my Triumph ready for the arrival of the PA and will be fitting it in a few weeks. I've seen another post here about how to mount the ZUMO XT above the display so that'll be part of the fitting out process in the shop.

I don't know the PDM60, but would an ignition trigger simply be a wire that goes live when the ignition is turned on? If so, there is plenty room under the seat for the main module itself and the ignition trigger could be from one of the heated gear connectors - or even a splice from the live wire that feeds one of the connectors. That way, you'd also keep the use of the heated gear connector.

The bike is pretty "busy" once you have the tank off though. There is plenty of room for running extra wiring looms for lights and such, and also plenty room to fit a Denali cansmart or similar (so I presume PDM60 will be no issue), but there's not enough room anywhere I can find for a Denali Soundbomb horn - even the "split" version. I think there may be enough room inside the left lower fairing pod thing, but still to check.

Rather than hi-jack this thread, I have started a PDM60 thread.

I ordered a pair of Rigid D series spots. Now I just have to figure out where to mount them.
