I have the opposite issue where the Auto Preload intermittently stops working causing the bike to ride so low that I cannot put the side stand even. I am not getting any codes though when this happens. Not sure if it is related but what I have noticed is that in the ride modes menu, some modes go missing but still available through the mode button. The dealer updated the software which fixed the Auto Preload for a few days but now back to the same issue.
