Yes, Walk away. If you are into Pans thats cool, but here is a example of more of what you want to look for. The orginal old pans should have a Vin number like this for example on the engine. 63FL7819. It is the year, model, then bike number. If you are into old stuff it needs to have a orginal Vin to be worth anything. Lots of bids for this one, I would say this bike is worth $13K-$15K.

What do you want the bike for?

It has a rigid frame, no sprung seat - I can tell you from years of experience that it won't ride what most consider "well." The tank is fairly small, so the range ain't gonna be all that good.

As far as the non-HD end of it, it doesn't matter if you want a Pan that's reliable enough to ride similar to a new HD. The S&S motor will be much more reliable than an original Pan and willgo much further between rebuilds. But if you want an originalPanthis ain't it.

Default S S pan engine

Sounds like a solid bike, every one should build their own bike, but you should get 10,000 any way. Most people that wants a bike like this will order their own parts and built it their way. Just because its not an original PAN dosent mean it worth less I have seen some nice original pans CHEAP!!!
