Default Chipped Clearcoat...best way to fix?

I have a chip in my clearcoat on my tank...dime size, maybe smaller. What is my best option to fix? Clear fingernail polish? Someone also recommended testors clear coat.

Go to touch up direct, you can order a small touch up bottle of clear with brush.
