my buddies all give me **** for coating everything... but hell when you do the nuts and bolts and washers... it really looks good... figured i would snap some pics after i put the new pulley on

Hey Joe, first off I've been admiring your work for some time now...I was thinking about having some bolts done...only one question. How does it affect the head size or in the case of a torx or allen do you have problems with fitting the tool after youre done? some of the stuff I was thinking of doing was in the T25 - T27 range...doesn't leave much room for additional build. Looking forward to hearing from you.
on allens and tq bit we lightly hit them, i actuly hot flock them so that it takes less powder to get the affect so it does not affect fitment or size... sometimes i will be honest the first time getting the tq bit it i have to pop it a bit with the back of a screw driver... but after that it is fine (same with Allen) never had an issue with socket style bolts ever
