Went smooth, bought a kit on Ebay came with everything I needed. Think it was $35 with shipping. Whole thing took about 10 minutes. Didn't even have to remove the cover as the new drill bit size was smaller then the cover hole. I would only say go easy when drilling. Mark your depth and go slow the bit really tries to grab and pull inward. Other than that have some compressed air to blow out the hole after you drill and tap and all done.

3 of the 5 holes for my Derby cover have heli-coils in them. Been that way for many years and miles. No problems with them.
