looking to hear from those 103" owners with 57h cams who've upgraded to the game changer sprocket. Overall I'm happy with my build, but I would like more low rpm torque. I've had a recommendation to consider the game changer. Just want some input on pros/cons. Thanks
TriGlides have a 30 tooth transmission sprocket, versus the 32 tooth on the Ultra. This gives more torque to get going. But, you get 10% higher revs throughout. For example, at 73 MPH, I'm spinning 3,000 RPMs.
The 30 tooth is available from HD.

Reason: Fixed number of teeth...

Yes...and everything else in the drive train is the same as the Ultra. I like having the low end grunt, but I wish 6th gear brought the revs down some. As cruising at 75 to 80, is 3100 to 3300 RPMs...and I wish it was 10% lower.

I can't speak for all years but there's a little more to it than the front pulley. The belt on the Tri-Glide is a 139 tooth vs a 140. The rear Tri-glide pulley is 70 teeth if I remember right and the stock Touring is 68.
Change all that and the 6th gear light/cruise control might not work as the ECM uses rpm and speed to determine 6th gear. Don't hold me to that one because it's still pretty early in the morning for me.
All of that said, I'm not implying that Trigeezer said all you have to do is change the front pulley.

Running the 57's in my 107, 30T front 68T rear. I turn about 2450 in 6th at 65mph . Cruising rpm's is fine engine, Works real good with the 57's, come out of the hole hard and your either braking the tire loose or lifting the front end.
I installed the Game Changer this winter and am really liking the lower ratio. I also did the 57H cams this winter, so I have no input as to before and after with the cams. Starting from a stop is much easier and 6th gear is a lot more useable. The change is just a bit over 6%, so it will raise the cruising rpm a little bit, but its not an issue to me. You will need some type of programmer to correct your gear ratio's for correct gear indications and 6th gear light. Cruise control wasn't an issue for me as My softail doesn't have it. I would not hesitate to do it again on another bike.

I see you did the game changer in your softail. Do you happen to have the part number for the one you bought. I found it on Dennis Kirk and I cant figure out if the part number is different for others. Only found 1 part number

My friend I sometimes ride with installed one on his 16 RGS after his new 57h cams werent what he thought theyd be. He took it off shortly after for reasons I havent heard. He has since sold the bike with the 57h still in it.
