Primary/Transmission/Driveline/ClutchFind answers to general powertrain, primary and transmission. Have clutch issues and need suggestions? Post them here.
Hey all,
I'm getting ready to do the 5k service and the manuals say to lube the clutch cable, but don't specify exactly where/ how to... Any and all advice welcome. Thanks in advance.
I found this yesterday as someone posted in one of my links. It breaks everything down so simply as I learn better from seeing something being done than reading the words of how to do it...
I agree that it's a nice site. However, it seems that part 5 of the oil change is missing!
I posted this linkyesterday and I thought that Part4 looked like the last one in the oil changesection when I looked at them. I will have to double check since he says go for a ride at the end of Part 4. What wouldPart 5 be, to check your oil level maybe? LOL
I don't see a video for lubricating the clutch cable.......
It's there under under "Adjusting the clutch" along with lubing the throttle cables under "How to Adjust the throttle cables". You will see it when you watch the video.
