Motorcycle Tunes - Speakers - Any one have them?
Thanks
the system did not sound good to me at all (sound quality wise) and he had come to me cause he had "blown" several speakers and replaced them (under warranty once) before getting tire and moving on. to be fair everything is relative to what you are looking to get outta any setup you put on it
and with his bike being a roadking, there were other options available that were suitable for his particular goal..
as far as the amp, before i took the setup off the bike i temp. hooked my amp to it and noticed an extreme difference in clarity and volume... i suspected the amp caused the speakers to blow based on him expecting to much outta the system and turning it up to loud (trying to get volume)...
i dont know if it was exactly this system, but it sure looks like it (the speakers were mounted on the crash bar and the amp in his bag... the speakers were in a chrome housing and kinda looked like fog lamps reversed toward you (if that makes any sense)...
i didn't really pay attention to the brand, sorry if my post is confusing, i am tired from working graves and have to go back in (a few hours from now)...
i guess i may better be able to answer your question if i ask you what you are looking for (or what your expectation is for them)... i feel bad, i sure hope someone has a good review or another perspective to make this fair, i just personally didnt like that setup. i hope i have explained this well

Sent that back ,and according to USPS tracking they received 4 days ago.Tried to call the company(MOTORCYCLE TUNES) many times over this 5 week period, same B.S. recording every time. The last 4 days I have sent Emails 4 times...no response. Also have been on their live chat line 3 times and waited approx 45 minutes each time and never got a response. They certainly do not have any communication skills, and poor business practices.I'll see what happens in the next few days, but at this point on a 1-10 scale they get a minus 10.
