I think you mean the dealer in Gillette, not Sheridan. There is no dealer in Sheridan. Yes, I remember that thread. Trying to recall if it was just an incompetent employee or if the dealer really practiced hosing riders passing through. Any business owner knows you're as good as your least capable employee.

You're absolutely right, I forgot which town. I seem to remember that the issue was a matter of "dealer policy."

OK, dealer policy.....I remember that now. Guy rolled in needing a tire and service told him that they would need to also replace the other tire too. Other tire was fine but wasn't same brand....making it like a $500 tire stop. Total BS.

I used to live in Sheridan and it is a great town and, yes, is a bit quieter and has better accommodations than Gillette. It also has lower hotel rates around the peak times.
