How do you feel about mid to low 40's and foggy? Heated gloves and jacket liner anyway, might leave the heated pants and socks at home.

I keep my heated gear in my saddlebag every trip, we're headed north in the am may be using it Monday am. I'd rather have it and not need it, than need it and not have it.

Yeah this^^

I'd say there's a good chance you won't need it but I'd have some minimal protection with you for those chilly damp mornings we can get round here in mid-September.

Nope. It may get a little cool in the mornings, but, heated gear would not be necessary.

I was there in 2013 in Sept. Found no need for heated gear. Have clothing that will allow you to layer, and have a good jacket and rain suit, and you should be fine.

I would certainly pack my heated jacket liner for the BRP in September heck it packs the size of a sweatshirt and is SO much more useful, you don't even have to plug it in if you don't need the elements on. But hit a cool front with temps in the 50's and even low 60's along with intermittent rain and mine's getting turned on.
