A bit crappy out, but off I went. This is a parking lot at lock and dam 14 on the Mississippi River. Sometimes the view isnt worth the risk. A view of the Savanna / Sabula bridge from the Palisades State Park. The sun came out. A pretty good day, considering the weather.
Time to get the winter fuel out of the Night Rod. Things started out overcast, and in the 50's. Things improved. I would have gotten more miles, but the grandkids were coming over for dinner. Sunday sucked. Monday has promise.
Super windy today, gusts of 25-30 mph. I grabbed a quick hundred along the Rock River, so most of my miles were into or with the wind. The weekend is supposed to be really nice.
No pics (sorry) but I got in a nice 430 miler today, from North Central Washington to Northern Idaho and back. First *really* good weather day for an all day ride!
