We took a nice three-day ride to the Everglades. We don't have any pictures, but want to let folks in southern FL that this is a nice area to ride. Oh, watch out for the gators!

Yes, this would be a great detour. Turn west on Alligator Alley and enjoy the view. But be sure to ride during the day. At night the alligators warm themselves on the road.

I was living on the west coast at the time, so I went south on US 301 for most of the route. I'd go Alligator Alley and back up on US441 for the best scenery.
Mike I'm glad you had a good time. That is a cool place. I really enjoyed riding through 41. These pictures were taken last December 29th. I'll be back there this year with the wife after three days over Christmas in the keys. She wants to take an air boat ride!
