Confirmed we can ship to Black Hills HD. Have plane tickets to Rapid City. Hotel in Deadwood and Cody are reserved. Will find hotels in Jackson, Red Lodge, West Yellowstone on the fly as we are not sure of when exactly we will be there depending on how the wind blows us.
Got a GoPro Hero 7 Black for my birthday. Sue Ann even bought herself some insulated jeans and long Jills
Now I'm looking for a transport company to get the bike to Rapid City. I requested a quote and got about 25. Many from the same company just a different names. Some pretty high pressure sales. Many have real bad BBB, Yelp and Google reviews. Most transport on a open trailer with cars, some will not go to Rapid City unless it's for the rally and they fill the truck.
So far quotes are from $650 to $2400 each way. Nobody will guarantee on time delivery they just say oh that will be no problem just sign here.
Fixing a few issues on the bike but will be done today or tomorrow so I can get a good test run.
Have decided on https://www.heritagemotorcycleshipping.com/
Tightened, tweeked, replaced all 3 oils.
Bike gets loaded on a pallet and shipped in a enclosed trailer. Most use open car haulers.
Waiting on them to call me with a pickup date and time.
Told the little Lady to get her gear ready so I can go through it and discard unneeded crap.
Going to be a long 3 weeks.
Hotels booked
Rapid City for the first day.
Deadwood at the Bullock 2 days
Buffalo 1 day
Cody 4 days Western Rose.
Jackson 3 days Kudor motel cabins
Rapid City the last day.
That leaves us 4 days open with no plans.
