Tell us about Newfoundland
Plans are starting to get solid about our trip to Nova Scotia and Newfoundland! 
The Nova Scotia part will be left up to the BOSS to organize and select what she wants to see but the Newfoundland part of the trip will be a "guys only", three full days excursion.
Looking for locals or people who have vacationed there before and may have some suggestions for the usual (good food, motels, and other POI's) that we can fill the time with.

"Newfies" are great dogs! My friend had one may years ago.
Be glad to bring you one if I had room, but no-can-do
Got our (me and my cousin) reservations for both ferries (to and from) for NL today as well as motels.
For anyone thinking about making this trip this season, you need to book early in order to get a cabin.
We have two other people who've shown some interest in coming along but have not made commitments so they'll have to make their own plans if and when they make up their minds.

Looking for some suggestions in regards to Vermont scenic roads.
Will be taking either RT 7 (north) out of Bennington OR RT 100 (north) out of Wilmington.
I'm leaning towards RT 100 as it is highlighted as a "motorcycle road" in the Hog Touring Handbook.
I've watched some videos and heard complaints about bad road conditions but that seems to hold true for just about anywhere these days.
