Default Tent camping grounds

Looking for an app or a way to find tent camp sites when traveling. We seem to never follow a schedule and sometimes don’t even go in the direction planned. A shower would be nice at the end of the day. We try to tent camp at a new location each night

I use Allstays and it has been OK. I use the paid version. It has a lot of filters that really help narrow down choices to what may work for you.

I like the KOA app, they may cost a little more but I can reserve a tent site in the morning for that evening right on the app. AllStays Camp & RV, RV Parky, and Park Advisor are other apps I use.

Search " camping" in google maps. It will show all campgrounds in your current location.

Are you a HOG member? The atlas they send you indicates various state campgrounds that offer camping. I've used that atlas many times to find a place to hunker down for the night.

When we travel across country or several week road trips we use “freecamping.com” it will show u all the free camp sites near you. Great way to cut cost while traveling
