131 & Rockton also have a great shop right when the road crosses the Kickapoo. I got a sheepskin seat cover there.
Wisconsin 88 is a good road from WS 35 and Buckknuckles in Praag is cool.
I also like WS 95 out of Arcadia, a climbing series of turns, to the top & then down into Fountain City.
The UP is great and Brockway Mtn Drive out of Copper Harbor I recommend. On a clear day you can see, MN, Ontario, and Isle Royal.
I could go on for a longtime about the Driftless area & the UP. Best riding in the Upper Midwest and don't shortchange SE MN & NE IA.

If you're in the Green Bay area, a day exploring Door County is worth it. Especially the western shore along Green Bay. Several old school towns along the shore with plenty of good places to eat. We spent last Fourth of July there on our Lake Michigan/Lake Superior/Lake Huron ride last summer and really enjoyed it.
