I know. I was one of them last week. Compared to summertime, it was deserted. We loved every second of it.

Default Got RV rental with hookup site & 4 passes for Buffalo Chip at Sturgis 2021

Just in case anyone is looking for accommodations and Buffalo Chip passes for 2021 reads this thread, I've got
.

but it has to be sold and transferred to buyers name before June 21 because that's the Chip's deadline for us to roll them over to next year. Send me a PM if interested.

Somewhere I saw there was some doubt regarding Sturgis Rally being held this year, skeptic due to COVID maybe? The party at the Chip will go on even if the rally doesn't cuz its the Chip's big 40th birthday bash this year and they won't be canceling.

We went first time for 10 days in 2015, didn't plan to just decided 3 days ahead when a buddy convinced us & we had unexpected 14 days off work...never had so much fun or met so many good people, spent a ton of money too - paid close to $400 a night for a hotel! I see value in the comments to go before or after the main event just because the hotel rates go back to normal. Then there's the traffic, OMG the traffic....

We rode all day every day but one, so many great rides and sites to see out there and we'd get back into Sturgis in time for supper every night. We'd hang out somewhere on the main drag through town to eat, have a beer or 3, people & bike watch for a couple hrs and head to the hotel when it was starting to get dark most nights. It was a blast, every minute and every mile - we put on just over 5400 on the ol' Softail that trip. I am sorely disappointed we won't make it this year, I rode the bitch seat last time and I was looking forward to riding my own down this year. I'd say 'there's always next year' but I have no faith....that's what we said last year too - damn COVID!
