Branson Mo traffic blows ***. Worst traffic jam I've ever been in on a scoot. Bypass that hell hole. Anything from Table Rock lake south into Arkansas is what I do on a regular basis...

Absolutely try to avoid Branson proper unless you want a workout of your clutch hand. Hwy 76 traffic is awful. The area around it is beautiful. A nice ride is east and then south to Peel’s ferry into Arkansas, back west to Eureka Springs. Hard to find a bad road in that area.
I am heading to Springfield on Monday - unfortunately, not riding the bike. Nice GWRRA rally taking place and, I have been planning this for over a year. Last year's rally was cancelled.
Got a new bike, everything is ready - however, I can't use my brank hand - carpal tunnel. Having surgery md July so, am hopeful I can be back on the bike by the end of August. After being shut away most of last year, we just can't stay home - need to get out.

Branson traffic was horrific 30 years ago. Eureka Springs is beautiful. Check out the Pig Trail. More great roads in the area then you’ll have time to hit.
That map is showing the main highway. I was trying t show you 125.
125 is a good ride, ferry over into AR, or turn east or west. You can swing west over to Harrison
Trout fisheries are neat.
