On our honeymoon, we rented a Harley from these guys and went from Naas, to Galway, to Clifden, to Westport, and back to Naas. Here are some of the pictures.
It wasn't cheap, but I believe that Ireland has some of the best riding in the world.

I like riding around Donegal, myself, but I may be biased (my mother's people are from there). I'm from Co. Tyrone and love riding around there and Co. Antrim, too, when get back to visit.
Everyone recommended Donegal as a riding destination. We just didn't have the time. If we ever go back, we'll rent the bike for the entire time and hit more places.
Well, Donegal is kinda hard to get to; it's not a quick jaunt from anywhere. And if you go through NI, which is part of the UK, you have to watch for speed cameras and expensive petrol.
You hit some of the best riding country in Ireland. The west country is beautiful. Galway is a fun town, always, and Connemara is a lovely retreat. Not too many head up into Co. Mayo, which is every bit as wonderful as Co. Galway. So, well done.
Did you stop in Tullamore for a distillery tour? Always a fun thing to 'dew'
My wife and I wanted to do that when we went in 2007, but logistics didn't really work out. Beautiful country and I saw a ton of bikes to make me jealous while I was there.

We didn't do the tour...next time. We hit a little of County Mayo. We went along the coast, through the Doo Lough Pass, and up through Westport before we cut inland back to Naas.
I really wanted to hit NI, but there's just no way to properly tour Ireland on a bike in less than 2 weeks, much less the 2 days we had the rental.
Lovely shots. Never been to Ireland let alone ridden there - I'm ashamed to admit I only live "across the water" in Lancashire, England. Ridden most of Western Europe & all of Scotland but never Ireland. I think it's the fact that it never stops raining there that puts most of us Brits off.........Ireland is green for a reason!
