As somebody else here recommended. go to Niagara Falls if you've never been there. Ride east along northern NY & work your way over to Watertown, up past 1000 Islands, and make sure you stop at Eisenhower Lock in Massena. Pretty cool if you get to see a big ship go through the lock. You can keep going east to Malone & Plattsburgh, down 87 and work your way back to Watertown through Lake Placid, on the way back to MI. Take 81 down into northern PA & ride route 6 west. 6 is a great ride & goes all the way back to Cleveland. You can get home from there. Grand Canyon of PA is on 6.

Good news is the black flies are gone.... bad news is the mosquitos are out. Ususally the black flies are gone in late spring. The Mosquito is the state bird!

I am looking forward to our trip . We got info from Americade in the mail. We will tour the area but I think it may take more than one trip to see it all. Thanks for the hint!We are used to black flies and misquitors here too. Yummy.
