NaBubba or whomever else. SuckBangBlow looks like it would be fun for the guys, know of a similar bar for the ladies!? I think it would be fun night to have the guys (two couples going down for vaca) to go to SBB and the girls to do their own similar thing!...any 'wanger-banger bars' in the area?
Capt poo's is a nice place to go on the inlet water way.And is biker friendly its in North Myrtle. All we do when we go down to murrells inlet, we bypass the city limits by going 22 bypass then 31 and then onto hwy 17.Plus its a nice ride and we have rode 22 all the way up and then back down through Conway.Hope you enjoy its not all that some of these folks make it out to be went down there a few times last year had no problems but i just don't enter the city limits what so ever.
I live in North Carolina and go a couple of times a year. Everywhere I go my bike and business are welcome. Just stay north or south of Myrtle Beach City limits and every thing will be good. Very easy to go around city limits. Don't let the city of MB stop you or your bike from going and having a good time. Plenty to do for the whole family.
I myself am making my first trip to Myrtle Beach for this years "Bike Week" and encourage others to go as well. I think that by avoiding the area, the politicians win! This is why we need to represent more than ever!! I for one made it a priority to go this year for that exact reason. I spend every year in Daytona for Bike Week and love it there!! But I also would like to see Myrtle Beach retain it's status as one of the great rallys each year!! So mount up people!! And lets make Myrtle one of the best Bike Week's Ever!!
Looks like you are toward the northern part of Myrtle Beach not quite North Myrtle so you are still in Myrtle Beach proper. So remember to take your helmets as they still are enforcing their silly helmet law in the city limits of Myrtle Beach.
The SC Supreme Court heard the case in February 2010 but have not come back with the decision as of yet. Just wear the brain bucket and don't act stupid and you should be ok.
Since he's riding all the way from Illinois, I imagine he will need his helmet long before he gets to SC? Or, does he have to circumnavigate all states with a helmet law?
Ride your bike, act like you have some sense and you won't have any problems.
Go. Have Fun. 1. Wear your helment in MB. 2.Avoid excessive Noise in MB.
No Problem. I ride MB frequently and it is a non issue if you follow rules 1 and 2. Seriously though... Follow rule 1 and 2.
I can spend a whole week in MB and avoid city limits 99% of the time.
(I have to travel in and out to get to the campground)
Most of what I want to do isn't in city limits anyway or that fun can be transferred north or south of city limits.
As far as some of the anger toward the politics surrounding the Rallies...
I'm pissed too. No Further Comment.

As we know the states between are helmet states but SC is Freedom of Choice except MB proper that is why the comment was made.
