Default Heading west, no set plan

We do a 7 day ride with another couple every year and this year we're doing it a bit different. Only plan is to head west where it's warmer and will most likely end up on the California coast somewhere. We don't have anything mapped out or even a hotel reservation. Plan to put between 2000 to 3000 miles on the bikes. Spring time has been mostly cold and even snowy here in Utah and it's time for a warm adventure. We leave Saturday, Can't wait.

Have a great time, California sure has some nice roads. It prolly won't be warm on the coast though.

Not warm right now, that's for sure. Been cloudy and overcast here in SoCal for the past few days and looks like same for the rest of the week. Maybe warm up going into next week. I hope!

Have a great ride T2C !!

Hey, T2C,

Remember that 'not too warm yet' for the Californians will seem downright tropical to you

I was in the bay area a couple weeks ago, and it was cold. Never got above 52 degrees.

My kind of trip! No itinerary, no particular destination and no reservations! Wing it the entire way. Have fun!

Exactly what we are thinking.

Thanks all, it's going to be a fun trip, no matter where we end up.

Have fun and ride safe. If you get to the Calif coast try and check out Big Sur....
