My friends and I are leaving a week from today 07-13-2010 on a road trip. We are leaving from Pittsburgh, PA and traveling south thur WV to the tail of the dragon, then home thur KY and OH. I am starting to research different places to stop along the way and thought I would ask for some input. We are taking tents and bags to sleep. Don't know how far east you'll travel, but there are some good stops in northwest NC. You might give Freebornes a try. Shatley Springs is also a good stop. Tons of good riding in the area that I'd be happy to recommend if I knew more about your route. Hope you have a good trip...
