Went last year to "No panty Wednesday". Unless the gals were "not wearing" them under their jeans, it wasn't happening. Saw 1 gal with pasties...it's Folklore.

Its getting to be clean pretty much anywhere anymore. Its not wild and crazy. Its a place to go to eat and have a few drinks. If you guys would want anything that goes than go to Iowa and go hit up Algona. That is a place to have fun at. Located on private property. Located north east of Algona and its like a little town out there over the 4th of July I believe. Nakedness, drinking and driving, security, but anything goes. Bring your own beer and have fun with bands, food.

When I went to the Moley Hatchet concert in sturgis the was about 6 chicks on the table dancing half naked, don't get me wrong, I not against seeing someone dance half naked, but after seeing this I think I'm scared for life. They all needed to be covered with a burlap bag

Unless it has changed (haven't gone the last few years) the ROT rally in Austin, TX is a good place for this. Last time there the only restriction was you had to keep you pants on, but those that didn't only got a warning.
If you want anything goes out in the open air ... well that Apple's East Coast Rally (formerly east coast sturgis) is a good one. Very rustic and crude but a whole lot of fun. Didn't see a single cop in the 4 days I was up there a couple of years ago. Same week as Big Sturgis. For the low budget east coast folks that are short on time.
