Garandman, yes we are trying to hit every state, that is why the funky route into Del & RI, otherwise we would stay north out of Penn. and swing back down to the Maine coast. I tried to incorperate the roads mentioned here as much as possible in our loop, and usually once we are on the road our course gets revamped somewhat depending on time & traffic & road condition. That harley trip planner is a pain to use without another atlas by our side to see roads!

Check out Advrider's GPS Tracks East. You may find what you want, though those riders favor back roads.
Even if I'm using the GPS, I usually print out map sections on a color laser printer (waterproof) at work, and put them in the map pocket of my tank bag. Takes up a lot less room than trying to fold different state maps.
