Hello, I live in northern WV and if its some historic stuff you'd like to see you might want to check out Philippi WV. Philippi was the site of the first land battle of the civil war and there is a really cool covered bridge thats still in use. Nothing really mind blowing but a cool stop especially if you are into history.

I've been riding around the WV mountains for about 7 years now and spent many nights camping down there before I bought my first bike and its a beautiful state with a lot of scenic roads with not much traffic on them.
Theres so many options for good roads down in that area its hard to pick one, all the previously mentioned roads are great, Seneca Rocks is a great tourist attraction as well as Canaan Valley and Black Water falls. There are also some really big electric generating windmills around Parsons WV I always visit a few times every summer.
Since you are in east Tennessee you have some awesome motorcycle roads down there, I've been down there several times in the last 3 years. I don't know how WV will compare but at least its going to be new for you.
