That's a nice loop. I didn't see the total time on it, but I strongly encourage you to take a bit of a detour to 23, run the Pig Trail down to 215, Take that east to Oark, have lunch, double back to 310, take that south up over the mountains - a local sportbike favorite - cut over on one of county roads, but make sure they are paved - many aren't, then take 21 back up and continue on your loop. You'll thank me.
edit - this is assuming your doing your route counter clockwise.
Staying in Eureka Springs last Oct. great riding, I do second riding the Pig Trail, beautiful ride great roads we ran into a bit of rain and fog that day but still enjoyed it. Stayed at a place called Apple Blossom Inn, $60 for a jacuzzi suite great location very nice people. Large rooms quiet.
Look for a guy here named LAming I think. He lives in the area and most of his posts describe the areas you are talking about. He has some great Google map stuff too. FT
I don't think there are any bad roads there. I love riding in the Arkansas mountains! I haven't got to ride the Pig Trail yet (next trip) but one of my favorite roads is hwy 123 going up Mount Judea.
The southern portion of 23 (the pig trail) is some of the best part. Follow what Nevada said. Also neat little Irish pub in Alma on the square. Good ridin over that entire area.
1876 Inn in Eureka is biker friendly and offers covered bike parking.
I've also heard this is a great place to stay, and that the owner is a former biker and knows all the places to hit and will take the time to map it out for you if you talk to him about it.
