It seems that late day showers are as plentiful as venders.
Don't forget, on the Thursday is the motorcycles only ride to the top of Mt Washington. If it's a clear day, you will say WOW, out loud and everything. lol
After that ride you have time to make it back to the crowded roads of the Weirs Beach and have a great meal and still stage up for the Freedom Ride that will take you through the main drag at the Weirs and ends in Center Harbor for a candlelight vigil for AMERICAN POW's, MIA's and KIA's. Usually there's a very low fly by of an Air Force refueler or a couple of choppers flying low or something to that nature. It's a very moving ceremony. I usually get to see and talk with guys I only see once every few to several years.
Have a great ride from Syracuse.
chappy
Last years weather was as good as it gets...... top of Mt Washington was 61 degrees and clear as a bell...... I see both Monday and Thursday are bike days up there this year....... it is what it is...pack rain gear..........
No the weather is suppose to suck,I live right in center of meredith.road construction in the weirs near the bridge as they try to put a traffic circle there.the hill climb is in cannan ,NH now.and just the sme old vendors for the past ten years now, waste of time if you are going.
I may go this year, have been a number of times before. Thinking about riding the train into and out of the weirs. Check out scene for a bit then head out. Stay somewhere, far away and do some riding in the beautiful uncrowded parts of NH.
Looks like someone doesn't want anyone there.....!

I agree that it doesn't seem to offer what Sturgis and Daytona do, in term of vendors and events. I will say though that it is quite a relaxing area with plenty of good scenery to ride around. Having a day to look a the "same old venders" and the HD dealerships is a plus.
I went to Daytona this year and will also be attending Laconia and Sturgis this year. I like to go to each of them for different reasons.
