"A user account already exists with this email address"
The user name is the same here, however I cannot access the site with that user name. I tried to join again and received the above message.
The site does not, from what I can see, have a way of getting/resetting your user name or password if forgotten, or in my case have no idea what the system has.
Addressed the issue of not being able to get your password. I suppose I may need to change it to also include your username if you've forgotten it as well.
Someone named 'Rick' joined, but somehow didn't include a username when he registered, not sure how that went down. Please email me at chriskirkman@ridingtogether.com and give me some info about what city/state you are in, and then your email address would be helpful too. I can then give you your user id and password so you can log in. Sorry about that.
Also, I'll the feature that will allow users to change their passwords is included under the user profile (button on the top right of the screen once you are logged in). Working as quickly as I can. I have a day job too
Bocifus, try making sure your browser allows cookies. This is a requirement. It's how I know who you are when you're connecting to the site and helps me manage knowing how often you visit. I force a re-logon for anyone who hasn't visited within 7 days. Cookies allows me to do this. Please don't give up on the site yet. It's a work in progress.
I used the reset password, got the email with the new password, but I am still getting this message: There was a problem authenticated <sp> your credentials when trying to log in.
Can you delete my membership and I'll try from scratch?
