Default Lake Havasu
Has anyone ever done a trip from palm springs area to lake havasu? I realize its pretty short but think im gonna have some free time next weekend and wanted to hear if there are any good spots.

Take 62 up through Yucca Valley, Twentynine Palms and out to Parker. Then head up the east side of the river to Havasu. Should be a nice ride and not too hot this time of year.

thats about the best route your gonna get. Straight up the 10 is boring.

I would take the detour through Joshua Tree between Yucca Valley and Twenty-nine Palms. It is a great ride.
