No terms needed. In the search window of Google Images, there is a small camera icon. Click the icon to open a small window labeled "Search by image". You then can drag an image into it or paste the URL of the photo. Google then searches for results based on the actual photo.
What I did step-by-step:
Opened a second tab in my browser to Google, chose "Images" from the Google tool bar, and then clicked the camera icon in the search window.
Switched back to the HD Forum tab that contained the unknown photo, clicked (and hold) on the photo. Dragged the photo to the Google Images tab of the browser to open that window and dropped the photo into the box in the center of the window.
It would appear to be "Kangaroo Island road in Flinders Chase National Park, Australia"
Believe it or not, I Googled the actual picture in Google Images.
Best tip of the week!
Tried it a little differently - right click image and click "copy url image" then paste in Google image search bar - hit search, and BAM - Kangaroo Island Road.
