Absolutely...rode 16 west out of Buffalo to Ten Sleep a couple weeks ago and was reminded what a stunner that road is. Definitely should be in the mix for someone heading through Sheridan/Buffalo area.

The ride with Ten Sleep will be a better ride and there is a camp ground on the west side of town if you get there early you can get a cabin for little of nothing there are four bars in town that have great food and you will come out by Bufflo right on the Interstate. this is some great riding and lot of pull offs to take great pitchers. Be safe and have a great ride.
