You should enjoy the Key West adventure. Just stay clear of the guys on pink scooters when your on Duval street in Key West. Take lot's of pictures and post them when you return home, if you return. You might find you'll never go home after a few days of warm winter weather.
So I have been sifting through threads thinking of planning a mid winter trip and I spotted this one. I like the idea of a M-W trip to Miami/Key West. Is 3 days enough time to rent a bagger with my wife and cruise the keys and surrounding areas in February? Does it rain a lot this time of the year? Don't mean to highjack this thread but since I am wanting to basically do the same as the OP I though it better then making a new thread. OP how was your trip?

3 days is enough for the Keys......Key West is about 175ish miles from Mia airport......about 4 hrs riding depending on stops and traffic......it is not rainy in Feb........
y'all can rent outta Mia or Fort Lauderdale.......
2nd Jonesee's suggestions. I have stayed at both the Blue Marlin and The Southern Most. They were both accepable. I would recommend something with a close walk to Duval st.
