Rushmore, Yellowstone .....
Speaking of Buffalo, the town in Wyoming by that name is kinda cool. Maybe not so much fun pulling the toy hauler, but a fun drag down main street on the bike. Stop there unless you do the route over Hwy 212 (which is preferable, actually)
++ on the stop at Devil's tower. If you can get somebody else to drive the truck, get on your bike and ride up to Belle Fourche, then head west towards Alladin, WY. If you're interested, the whole town is for sale.

Continue on to Devil's Tower. From there back track to Hulett and go north on 112 to US 212, which will drop you onto I-90 right at Little Big Horn.
Lots of great roads in the area that you'll wish you were riding instead of hauling your bike, but I understand the other side of it too. Riding from Little Big Horn to Red Lodge I think I'd stay on i-90 to Columbus and head south from there on Hwy 78 through Absarokee (pronounced Absorkee). That is one of my favorite roads. Pulling your trailer over Beartooth will be no fun at all though. You might want to take a more hauler friendly route to Cody, then do a day ride to Red Lodge, Columbus, Livingston, Gardiner, Cooke City, and back to Cody. That would take you over some great roads outside the park, the Lamar Valley inside the park (supposed to be a good place to see wolves), and would include Chief Joseph (going and coming) and the Beartooth.
You're going to have a great time!

Buffalo Bills museum was great.
The Best of Harley-Davidson for Lifelong Riders
First stop was Rapid City. Stayed at Heartland RV for 4 nights. Good place, but had a lot of rain and was muddy.
Road to Mt Rushmore, Iron Mt road, Needles hwy and Sturgis. Full Throttle had one girl selling t-shirts. Otherwise was abandoned.
Next we headed to Cody and stayed 4 nights. Cody is a great place to visit. Plenty to do and see. The museum was unbelievable and the rodeo was fun. You can skip the nightly gunfight, but visit the Irma Hotel.
We rode Beartooth Pass, Chief Joseph Hwy to Red Lodge and ate lunch at Bull and Bear Saloon.
Next we rode the North Loop. Had a lot of delays due to traffic stopping in middle of road for pictures and construction. The last 10 miles into Mammoth was down a mountain and was a crawl and very tiring.
We then headed to Jackson. Stayed at the Virginian a couple of nights. Very crowded and the kicked us out due to people coming in with reservations.
Jackson appeared to be a ski town with a lot of expensive looking shops. We went to see Old Faithfull and had drinks at the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar.
We dropped BIL off at airport and headed up to Dillon Mt. Stayed at Southside Rv park. Great place to stay and we had a great meal at Sparky's Garage. Highly recommend both if you are in area.
Headed to Virgina City on way to Bozeman. Old Cowboy town, would have loved to tour, but was raining and sleeting so we moved on.
Finally ended up around Pray Mt, Yellowstone Edge Rv park on the river surrounded by snow capped mountains. Headed to Chico Hot Springs today. Hope it warms up some and the wind dies down enough to ride later.
Will post some pictures when I return sometime this weekend.
